Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jrcopier.net and your purchase of equipment, supplies, and services from JR Copier of Minnesota. By using our site or doing business with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the site
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit.
2. Quotes and orders
Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and are not binding until accepted in writing by both parties. Orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
3. Pricing, payment & taxes
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout for Minnesota deliveries and other taxable jurisdictions. Payment terms are stated on the quote or invoice.
4. Shipping & risk of loss
Shipping methods, timing, and costs are described on our Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Returns
Returns are governed by our Return Policy — unused products, within 10 days of delivery, in original packaging, with prior approval (RMA).
6. Warranties
New equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which is passed through to the buyer. Used and refurbished equipment is sold as-is unless a separate written warranty is provided. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JR Copier of Minnesota is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the site, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold JR Copier of Minnesota harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products or services.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Effective" date above indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
