Inside Minnesota

- Professional installation included — networked, configured and tested on-site by our technicians.
- Same-day or next-business-day delivery in the metro for in-stock equipment and toner.
Outside Minnesota
- Next-business-day regular ground shipping on in-stock items ordered before our daily cutoff.
- Shipped via USPS (Post Office) or FedEx at current published carrier rates — no markup.
- Tracking number and insurance included on every shipment.

Shipping FAQ
- Is local delivery really free?
- Yes — standard delivery and installation in Minnesota is included with every copier sale, lease or rental. Custom rigging (stair carries, after-hours, etc.) may incur an additional charge, quoted up front.
- Which carriers do you use?
- We ship via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx, using next-day regular ground service for in-stock items whenever possible.
- How much does shipping cost?
- We pass through the current published carrier rate with no markup. Exact cost is calculated by destination, weight and service level at checkout or on your quote.
- Can I return an order?
- Yes — unused products, within 10 days of delivery, in the original packaging, with prior approval. See our Return Policy for details.
