Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted on unused products, within 10 days of delivery, in the original packaging, and only with prior approval.

Unused & original packaging

Products must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories, manuals and packaging materials included.

Within 10 days of delivery

Return requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days from the date the item was delivered.

Prior approval required

Contact us first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without prior approval will be refused.

How to request a return

  1. Contact us within 10 days of delivery by phone or email.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s), and the reason for return.
  3. We'll issue an RMA number and return shipping instructions.
  4. Pack the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number.
  5. Ship to the address provided — return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

Non-returnable items

  • • Opened or used toner, ink and consumables
  • • Installed or used copiers, printers and MFPs
  • • Custom-configured or special-order equipment
  • • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • • Items returned without an RMA number

Refunds & restocking

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to non-defective returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective or incorrectly shipped items will be replaced or fully refunded at no cost — please contact us as soon as the issue is identified.
